The Role
As a Personal Development Manager (Assessor), you will support learners working towards Health & Social Care qualifications (Levels 25), guiding them from enrolment through to End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging coaching, teaching and assessment sessions
Conduct workplace observations and learner reviews
Support timely completion of qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)
Provide functional skills support (Maths & English)
Maintain learner engagement and progression

Essential Requirements xsngvjr
Minimum 2 years experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above)
UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
Desirable (not essential):
Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1)
Experience in training or apprenticeships
