Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a knack for data accuracy? We're recruiting a Quality Data Admin Assistant to support the Quality Department with critical documentation and process administration.
This is a hands-on administrative role in a high-tech engineering environment. As a Quality Data Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, preparing document packs for internal and customer use, and ensuring compliance with company processes. Your ability to stay organised and manage both digital and physical filing systems will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and file quality documentation for customer and internal records
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
* Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems
* Provide general admin support to the Quality team
* Accurately perform data entry and meet document control deadlines
* Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth documentation flow
Requirements
Essential:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and document accuracy
* Previous experience in admin or data entry roles
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
* Proficiency with office software and filing systems
* Minimum A Level education
Desirable:
* Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering business
* Familiarity with engineering, machining, or assembly processes
* Degree-level education
