Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Salary: Circa £75,000 depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and bonus on top.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the design and alignment of enterprise architecture across organisational boundaries
* Developing and driving strategic roadmaps that support long-term collaboration and digital capability
* Assessing and shaping solution options, balancing business needs, security, compliance and interoperability
* Supporting the integration of collaboration platforms, cloud architectures and secure data environments
* Facilitating process alignment and helping to define business capability models within a secure ecosystem
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding architectural decisions and change initiatives
Your skills and experiences:
Essential: Experience of working with enterprise systems supporting processes operated by a global workforce
Demonstrable experience with one of the following: PLM systems, SAP or Manufacturing systems of work
Familiarity with highly regulated or security-focused environments
Excellent stakeholder management experience with the ability to guide and influence
Strong analytical and business analysis skills
Desirable: Proven experience in enterprise or business architecture
