The Role:
As an EYFS educator on supply, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development of young learners aged 3–5, laying the foundation for lifelong learning. You’ll be expected to:
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Framework
* Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
* Observe, assess, and record pupils’ progress accurately
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to meet pupils’ individual needs
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and school staff
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and welfare at all times
