Job Description
Finance Systems Analyst at Checkout.com:
This role is part of the Finance Transformation Team, reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems. The team’s goal is to support the Finance Department through system implementations, process re-engineering (including controls and risk management), and operating model design. You will manage key finance systems such as Workday, Zip, Emburse, Adaptive, and Kyriba, providing Application Management Support (AMS) and collaborating with system users to drive continuous improvements. Additionally, you will support Finance Transformation initiatives aligned with your experience and career aspirations.
What you will be doing:
1. Providing AMS services, including release management, end-user training, creating help documents, testing, and managing user subscriptions.
2. Supporting Finance Transformation initiatives, such as delivering new modules or features with our software partners, managing programs, process mapping, control assessments, policy creation, and data analysis for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
* Experience with enterprise financial systems support or usage.
* Understanding of system integration approaches.
* Operational finance experience, particularly in AP, P2P, and Expenses.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
* Problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution proposal.
* Ability to translate technical details into practical solutions and process guidance.
* Preferred: Experience with systems like Zip, Emburse, Workday, Kyriba, or Adaptive, along with VBA or SQL skills and experience with low-code platforms.
