Key Responsibilities
Client Support
* Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
* Deliver exceptional service and a positive experience across every touchpoint
Sales Development
* Use your sales skills to build relationships with Yopa clients
* Book financial services appointments and introduce relevant products and services
Appointment Scheduling
* Coordinate and manage appointments for our broker team
* Ensure seamless client handovers and diary accuracy
Administration
* Maintain up-to-date client records and process documentation
* Support case completion in line with FCA compliance standards
Career Progression
* Join our structured 18-month* development programme
* Complete your CeMAP qualification, with full support from our team
* Transition into a qualified Mortgage Broker role upon successful completion*
About You
