Roles and Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying buyers Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Generating valuations and new business opportunities Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants Progressing sales through to completion Delivering excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process Working towards and exceeding monthly targets Requirments: Previous experience within residential property sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Target-driven and commercially minded Full UK driving licence Own vehicle essential Professional, motivated, and well-presented Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic / £60K OTE Plus Milage Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm and every other Saturday.
