Catering Events Manager - Southwick, Hampshire

* 40 hours per week
* 5 Days over 7
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for the overall efficient management of the contract to ensure quality Food, Beverage, and Accommodation services across all areas.
* Deputise for the GM in their absence.
* Maintain positive client relationships.
* Plan the contract and resources to deliver first-class service.
* Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Deliver on financial budgets, managing net income and costs.
Our ideal Manager will:
* Have previous experience in contract catering.
* Be experienced in leading and managing teams to deliver results.
* Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and team motivation skills.
* Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
* Be quality and process-driven, focused on results.
* Comply with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
* Be IT literate (MS Office, Email).
