About The Role
Ready to make real change where it matters most?

Please note: HMP Onley is a rural location with limited public transport options, so reliable travel arrangements are essential.

* Champion peer-led wellbeing interventions across all prison wings
* Coordinate health, wellbeing and pre-release programmes
* Work closely with healthcare, prison staff and management teams
* Manage rotas and contribute to service targets and performance standards

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in substance misuse, health & wellbeing, or custodial settings
* Confidence delivering training and supervision
