Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, EMTB, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
London is the global commercial headquarter of Leon Cycle, we are blessed with a group of very multicultural colleagues within our office with native German, Italian, Spanish and English speakers all working together.
Currently we are hiring E-Commerce Manager to join our London E-Commerce department, as E-Commerce Manager you will be tasked with:
* Take part in the definition of the overall global digital sales strategy
* Work hand in hand with marketing team to drive organic traffic, develop sales
* Constantly optimize online stores to maximise conversion rates and performance
* Overall management of Leon Cycle website, Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions
* Set up SEO to increase online presence of our website
* Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other medium
* Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed,
* Follow the global strategy to position the brand as a top e-bike player in local countries
* Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecasts
Ideal candidates we are looking for are native German who are currently working in London.
Furthermore you should have:
* 3-5 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales or consumer goods or marketing
* Experience working with an international brand
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Committed to a mid to long term stay in London for developing your career
* Familiar with google and Facebook and other internet tools
