My client is seeking an Estimator who has shop fit out experience, fit out experience, experience with pricing jobs. Projects with my client are £300k £500k projects. Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator, Account & Contract Management and Business Operations within the Shopfitting and Construction Sectors. Responsibilities: - Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantities of materials and labour required - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing - Preparing quotations and Bills of Quantities - Site visits Nationwide to oversee projects and meet Clients -Estimate projects from £10k to £500K Requirements: - Proven experience as an Estimating / Project Management in the Shopfitting / Construction industry - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to meet with new Clients to ascertain scope of works.
