Overview
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone’s day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
* Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events

* The flexibility to work a range of different shifts
Pay and contract
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime. Permanent part-time contract
Working pattern: Evening shifts including weekends. Role will include working in our in-store bakery, to be discussed at interview.
Training and application
Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!). You must be aged 18 or over to be a Customer Team Member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
