You’ll be based out of our brand new, state of the art studio at Lakeside North Harbour set in stunning 130-acre landscaped grounds in Portsmouth.
We are looking for an experienced Motion Capture Animator to join the team. You will have an eye for detail and a feel for what works in game and proven experience in UE4 as well as extensive technical expertise with Motionbuilder, Maya and use of mocap data.
Qualifications
* Show a sound understanding of animation principles
* Technically competent and have a thorough understanding of animation processes
* Respond well to feedback and act upon it
* Experience implementing motion capture data
* Good communicator and at ease working within a team
* Capable of working to tight deadlines when required
* Degree, related qualification or equivalent experience in Animation
* Strong folio including examples of realistic animation
* Successfully worked with iterative development and rapid gameplay prototyping
* Current console development experience
Responsibilities
* Fine detail cleanup of mocap assets
* Critique and iterate in a cross-discipline group
* Follow and recreate established art styles
* Reliably demonstrate an aptitude for the platform technology, asset discipline and pipeline processes
