We're looking for an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join our Advisory team to play a key role in managing conflicts of interest and confidentiality, supporting strategic compliance and risk management across our UK and international offices.
Job description:
Analyse potential conflicts and confidentiality issues, reviewing conflict check results
Support and advise the Conflicts Committee/Conflicts Partner with information gathering and recommendations
Identify commercial, risk, and reputational issues at client acceptance/conflict checking stage
Liaise with partners and fee earners to assist with conflicts analysis and advise on engagement terms
Attend Conflicts Committee/Conflicts Partner meetings and communicate decisions to the business
Work closely with the Onboarding Conflicts team to implement confidentiality protocols
Contribute to wider OGC projects and help improve policies
Required profile:
Analytical, commercial thinker able to handle complex information under tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to explain technical legal reasoning clearly
Active listener who encourages two-way communication and constructive feedback
