Responsibilities: We lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. We facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions. We analyse processes to eliminate waste and improve performance. We apply structured problem-solving techniques to address root causes. We deliver end-to-end improvement projects from scoping through implementation and results tracking. We establish and monitor KPIs to assess performance and support leadership decisions. We communicate change objectives clearly to drive engagement. We review data trends to identify risks and uncover new opportunities for strategic improvement.
