About the role:
As the business scales, the integrity of warehouse data, and in particular inventory data is paramount to successful forecasting and indeed successful operation of the business. We are seeking a driven, numerically minded individual with an eye for detail to ensure the information from the warehouse is pinpoint accurate.
* £35,000 -£45,000 per year

What we would like from you:
* Designing and maintaining an inventory tracking system to accurately monitor stock levels
* Ownership of the end-to-end stock management process in the warehouse
* Reconciling stock movements with deliveries and end product shipments
* Maintaining an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock
* Working closely with sales, purchasing and other relevant departments to organise the efficient flow of inventory
* Oversight and guidance for the warehouse team on integrating data logging with optimized manufacturing processes – creation of SOP’s
* Recording and auditing quality control procedures in line with the flow of inventory
* Investigating any stock discrepancies and reporting to senior management and finance
* Preparing reports and advising management on strategies to improve procedures and increase efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills – partnering with operations staff
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Working knowledge of inventory management software (preferably Cin7)
* Excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure efficient inventory operations
* The ability to multitask, as you will often work on several tasks simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills to accurately forecast inventory needs
* A broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operations processes
* Junior accountancy background highly desirable
