About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited by the opportunity to improve how HR systems operate? This is a fantastic opportunity to support and maintain our HR systems, ensuring they run smoothly and evolve with the needs of our organisation.
As a SuccessFactors HR Systems Co-ordinator, you’ll work closely with the HR Systems Manager and stakeholders across the University to deliver system enhancements, support change activity, and ensure documentation is aligned and up to date.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain and support HR systems, including fault resolution, data management, upgrades, and testing
* Collaborate with IT, Service Delivery teams, and stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements
* Conduct data corrections, uploads, and audits to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance
* Support and deliver small projects and cyclical activities (e.g. salary reviews)
* Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and deliver coaching as required
* Act as a point of contact for system and process queries, offering guidance and troubleshooting support
Who We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Microsoft Office systems in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and process documentation
* Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
* Proven track record in system upgrades, testing, and support
* Familiarity with Role Based Permissions and system access management
* Awareness of HR processes, procedures, and legislation (desirable)
