Our vibrant, expanding client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their operations team.
As a Project Coordinator you will ensure effective scheduling of all service and maintenance visits.
Key duties include:
•Ensure a smooth handover of maintenance projects.
•Actively plan, arrange, and coordinate all Engineer site visits and ensure all site paperwork is completed.
•Manage hotel and travel arrangements for all Engineers.
•Liaise with workshop staff, clients, and suppliers to arrange the delivery of parts to site.
•Provide technical assistance for clients (training provided)
•Issue pre forma invoices and invoices upon completion of work.
•Update Engineers calendars, ensuring they have all the information required to carry out the work.
The ideal Project Coordinator must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and Intermediate IT skills including Word Excel and Google Maps (or similar).
You must be organised and methodical, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own day.
