Job Description
Join a team where your expertise directly shapes outcomes that matter. As an Advanced Settlements Manager at EDF, you’ll combine leadership, insight and curiosity to strengthen settlement performance and reduce risk. Here, “Success is Personal”, and you’ll have the freedom to build it your way while making a real impact.
The Opportunity
As Advanced Settlements Manager, you’ll lead a specialist team at the heart of our metering and settlements operation, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient performance across an advanced metering portfolio. Your work will protect value, improve customer outcomes and support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role with ad hoc travel to our #Exeter and #London offices, while working from home the remainder of the time. You’ll have flexibility that supports your life, alongside meaningful opportunities to collaborate in person when it counts.
You’ll sit at the intersection of data, regulation and transformation, shaping how we operate in a changing market and post-MHHS landscape. With access to learning, influence across the industry and space to improve how things work, you’ll help drive the transition towards An Electric Britain.

* Strong understanding of the BSC, settlement processes and industry data flows
* Experience managing teams and driving operational performance through data insight and process re-engineering
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for advanced settlement performance
* Owning advanced settlement KPIs and improving performance across settlement runs and data flows
* Acting as a key point of contact with industry bodies, including Elexon
* Driving automation, efficiency and continuous improvement across settlement processes
* Using insight to reduce financial exposure and improve customer outcomes
