I am recruiting for an ambitious Key Account Manager who is looking for a new opportunity to develop their career with a market leading company within the outsourced payroll / umbrella payroll sector.

The company have been at the forefront of innovations within this sector for many years, and are looking to add new talent into the company to achieve ambitious objectives together over the next few years.
The successful candidate will be involved in promoting the services directly to stakeholders such as end user organisations, recruitment businesses and brokerages. The applicant will be focused on developing relationships, securing new contacts, delivering corporate events, and positioning themselves as key partner to their clients. This role will be home based, but will involve travel when appropriate to secure quality face time with your clients and contacts.
Salary and Package
Salary will be up to £50,000 p/a basic
Commission will be up to £95,000 p/a OTE
Additional commission will be paid on a monthly basis against your success, and it will be uncapped.
You will also benefit from a company expense account for client entertainment and out of pocket events.
Experience
Due to the products on offer, my client is looking for either:
* An Applicant with an existing knowledge of umbrella payroll from working in the sector already
* An applicant who has worked in recruitment services, on a temp or contract desk
The applicant must also have a desire to generate business, rather than simply relying on an existing portfolio of clients.
