You will be starting in a warm position and can leverage their existing client base and cross referrals from their strong departments as a full-service firm.You will act on behalf of receivers, liquidators, insolvency practitioners and trustees in bankruptcy across a full range of litigious insolvency-related matters, with a particular emphasis on advising and assisting insolvency practitioners in pursuing claims to recover assets in order to maximise the realisation of assets for creditors.The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with a clear opportunity to grow a team.Requirements:You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)Comfortable developing business and generating workPrevious experience in leading a team is desirablePlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
