About the Role
Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a beautiful wedding venue in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dedicated kitchen team delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings and special events.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career in a creative and fast-paced environment, working with high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations
* Take ownership of a designated section and ensure smooth service
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
* Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy events environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications
