We are looking for a talented SAP Delivery Leader -(Quantum Deployment) EMEA to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA program management & Solution delivery in Europe or United Kingdom
This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Drive successful delivery of SAP solutions (Project Quantum) by orchestrating multiple cross-functional projects and IT swim lanes into one integrated, outcome-focused program.
2. Translate complex business objectives into clear, executable project plans with measurable milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
3. Align business stakeholders, SI partners, and global process leaders around a single vision, plan, and source of truth for execution and reporting.
4. Ensure seamless coordination across all five IT swim lanesfunctional, technical, data, integration, and qualitywhile managing interdependencies and risks.
5. Proactively identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, minimizing delivery disruptions and enabling informed decision-making.
6. Strengthen organizational readiness by leading ORR, go-live, hyper-care, and infant-care activities to ensure stable adoption and transition.
7. Build high-performing teams by coaching project managers and swim lane leads, fostering accountability, capability growth, and delivery excellence.
8. Elevate program maturity by standardizing planning, tracking, and reporting practices, while capturing and sharing lessons learned across teams.

Education/ Experience:
13. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
14. Extensive SAP project and deployment experience within complex, cross-functional environments.
15. Significant program and project management experience, including leading teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
16. Experience working with global process leaders, SI partners, and enterprise IT functions across end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
