This exciting position is selling my clients range of Residential Ventilation products. This Specification role will have you targeting New Build Developments selling through M&E Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities, Housing Associations as well as National and Regional Housebuilders. You will be expected to conduct CPD presentations to win Specifications as well as protect projects through to completion with Contractors/Installers. Covering the East and West Midlands this region has huge potential for the successful applicant.

I am seeking a strong Specification sales individual who has experience of working within the Ventilation sector. You must have the ability to manage projects from initial inception through to completion. Alternatively my client may consider an outstanding specification sales person who has sold a Heating based product to the same route to market.
