A Day in the Life of an Ipsos Field Market Research Interviewer
Imagine it: it’s Wednesday afternoon. You’re headed out for a scheduled 6-hour shift (starting around 1 or 2pm), one of three you’ve pre-booked for the week, consisting of weekdays and weekends between 9am and 8pm. You’ll go door-to-door in a nearby neighbourhood to invite people to participate in surveys. We provide training to help you feel confident approaching people, even if they weren’t expecting a visit. Mileage reimbursement is available for your travels, and you’ll use a company-provided tablet to record answers.
You’ll be making a real difference by gathering information that helps businesses and organisations make decisions that impact your community.
Responsibilities
* Go door-to-door to invite people to participate in surveys.
* Use a company-provided tablet to record responses.
* Complete a scheduled 6-hour shift (part-time) within the hours of 9am–8pm, with pre-booked shifts throughout the week.
* Attend training and apply new skills on the job.
* Maintain professionalism and respect for participants in all interactions.
