At OHM Sports & Fitness Ltd, we are passionate about nurturing creativity, confidence, and physical wellbeing through sports. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Dance Coach to join our team and inspire children and young people to discover the joy of movement.
Role Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging dance sessions across primary and secondary schools in Richmond, Isleworth, and Hounslow.
* Teach a variety of dance styles (e.g., contemporary, street, ballet, hip hop, or other specialisms).
* Create choreography for performances, showcases, or competitions.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants.
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.
* Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and the wider team to support students' growth.
Person Specification
* Experience teaching or coaching dance (qualification preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of dance techniques and performance skills.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to adapt sessions for different ages and abilities.
* A passion for working with young people.
* Safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

PLEASE NOTE THE JOB LOCATION WILL BE AT VARIOUS SCHOOLS WITHIN RICHMOND, ISLEWORTH AND HOUNSLOW AREA, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL.

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
