The Role
You’ll support on a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, working closely with senior team members while steadily building your own case ownership.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with and managing aspects of CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
* Preparing reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
* Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
* Supporting investigations into company affairs
* Assisting with asset realisations and case progression
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
