Working closely with the Business Architect, the role will focus on analysing, summarising and standardising end-to-end finance processes, ensuring alignment to strategic design principles and enabling effective implementation across the programme.This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, driving clarity of requirements, challenging existing ways of working, and supporting the transition to optimised, standardised processes within Oracle Fusion.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Process MappingMap current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) finance processes across the enterprise.Identify and summarise gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification and automation.Ensure the end-to-end perspective is applied crossing functional and system boundaries.Produce high-quality process documentation (e.g. process flows, SIPOCs).Business Analysis & Requirements DefinitionElicit, analyse and document business requirements across finance functions (e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C).Translate business needs into clear functional and process requirements aligned to Oracle Fusion capabilities.3. Standardisation & TransformationChallenge stakeholders constructively on non-standard processes and legacy ways of working.Advocate for adoption of Oracle Fusion standard functionality (“adopt not adapt” where appropriate).Support the definition and enforcement of the programme’s global design principles.Drive consistency across business units while balancing local regulatory or operational needs.4. Problem Solving & Continuous ImprovementAnalyse complex business problems and identify practical, scalable solutions.Facilitate workshops or interviews to resolve process, data, or system challenges.5. Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with finance stakeholders, SMEs, and programme teams.Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Provide constructive challenge while maintaining stakeholder alignment and trust.7.
