RoleOverview
You will support thedesign/development and deployment of global Leadership Developmentinitiatives and programmes for Future Leader Development programmeswithin and across Global Functions. You will partner closely withthe Heads of Learning, Capability and Leadership Development,Talent Directors, Talent CoEs and functionalstakeholders.
RelevantExperience
* 8-10 yearsexperience of leadership and talent development
* MUST HAVE Demonstrable knowledge and expertisein both designing and deliveringblended learning solutions and programmes (assessment anddevelopment centres) based on an in-depth learning needsanalysis
* Strong facilitation skills andexperience of delivering development in-person andonline
* Experience of evaluating leadershipprogrammes and putting in place effective measures to assessimpact
* Demonstrated ability to build strongrelationships and interface effectively with all levels of theorganisation
* Strong project managementskills
* Strong verbal and written communicationskills
* Collaborative, high-energy, personablewith experience of working in a fast-pacedenvironment
* Experience of working in a complex,matrixed and global organisation with competingagendas
