Responsibilities & Requirements
* Big personality & natural leader.
* Genuine passion for BBQ & smokehouse cooking.
* Grill/smokehouse experience a big plus.
* Cool under pressure & runs a tight kitchen.
* Comfortable cooking & working with pork products.
* Can mix a solid cocktail & engage with guests.
* Driving licence / own transport essential.
* Please note: if you can’t Braai, don’t apply.

* Experience: Required
* Languages: English – Advanced
* Employment: Full-time
* Salary: £14 – £16 hourly
* Benefits: Performance bonuses
* About Back9 Barbecue & Braai: New Texan- South African smoke house. Looking for multitask happy and enjoyable chefs, waiter and front of the house. Must be comfortable in front of people as we smoke and serve behind the counter.
