Salary: £90-100 a day (Dependent on experience)
Are you a Teaching assistant and looking to support and inspire children with a love for education? Then look no further! Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Teaching Assistant who can work closely with staff and students. This opportunity will allow you to gain first-hand classroom experience in schools across Stockport and the surrounding areas.
What this role will entail:
Creating a motivating and uplifting classroom environment that encourages growth and passion
Providing both group and 1:1 support with students
Collaborating with teachers to give the best possible support
Applying and improving subject knowledge during your time in the classroom
What the ideal candidate looks like:
A relevant degree, or equivalent
Previous experience in the classroom/supporting students (desirable but not essential)
DBS check (or willing to apply)
Ability to work as a collective and collaborate in a professional setting
Strong communication skills
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour
