About the Role
1. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
2. Provide high-quality support to pupils across a range of abilities.
3. Assist the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
4. Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils where needed.
5. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
6. Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
7. Have a good understanding of language development
8. Have experience of supporting children with SEND
9. Have experience of managing children’s behaviour within an agreed system
About You
We are looking for someone who:
10. Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
11. Has experience supporting children within a school setting.
12. Is patient, proactive, and passionate about education.
13. Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
14. Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
15. Is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching practices
