About the RoleAs our Governance and Business Assurance Officer, youll play a key role in supporting our governance framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing assurance across the organisation. Youll work closely with the Governance and Business Assurance Manager and Company Secretary, acting as a trusted point of contact for Board Members and helping to shape our governance culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for Board members and supporting Board & Committee meetings.
* Coordinating responses to regulatory consultations and supporting regulatory inspections.
* Maintaining governance registers and facilitating Board appraisals and training.
* Assisting with risk management, business continuity planning, and data protection compliance.
* Writing governance reports and creating accurate minutes for our Board and Committees with excellent attention to detail.
What Were Looking ForWere seeking someone with:
* Experience in a similar governance role
* Experience with regulatory inspections and risk management.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with sound judgement and critical reasoning.
