Job Description
* Perform general office duties, including answering the phones, handling incoming correspondence from costumers in a timely and professional manner.
* Responsible for the quality of the Group room sale revenue
* Co-ordinate and control the flow of documents and information between hotel and Clients.
* Work with the Reservation agent and Reservations & Groups Manager to maintain high sales activity.
* Promote and maintain customer loyalty

* Clear oral/written communication
* Sales Experience
* Exemplary time management and organizational skills
* Problem solving abilities
* Previous experience in a similar role
