Our client works in the legal industry and, due to a merger and maternity cover, are looking for a candidate who is available for a 6-month role (that may be extended).
Your new role
Looking for an HR Advisor who can assist the Senior Business Partner on various HR duties, including simple ER cases, engagement surveys and various projects around values, career framework and assisting with focus groups.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be CIPD level 3 as a minimum and have worked as an HR Advisor or HR Administrator role previously. You'll have worked with various stakeholders and have excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookups. You'll have strongmunication skills and have a flexible approach to various HR duties.
