Stable employer. Amey is looking for a Cleaning Working Team Leader to join our on‑site team at HMP Wymott, just outside Leyland. This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment. The role: Supervise and support a team of on‑site cleaners Lead by example and maintain high cleaning standards Carry out audits and follow up on actions Manage stock, consumables and equipment Work safely and compliantly (H&S, COSHH, RAMS) We’re looking for: Previous cleaning supervisor or team leader experience Reliable, organised and confident supporting a team Experience on large or busy sites (FM background ideal) Comfortable working in a secure prison environment IOSH / BICSc desirable, but not essential Don’t meet every requirement?
