Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor at Mahoney Contracts Limited located in Blackpool. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, managing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Cost Control and Cost Management skills
* Proficiency in managing bills of quantities (BOQ)
* Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
