As a Security Team Member at our picturesque Buxton Campus, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, secure, and supportive environment for our staff, students, and visitors. offering advice, guidance, and reassurance while ensuring the safety and protection of the campus community.
Your responsibilities will include responding to incidents, providing visible security presence, and assisting with access and safeguarding matters. This is more than a security role; Holds GCSEs at grades A–C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Has a security-related qualification or is willing to work towards one
Possesses a full, clean UK driving licence
Has experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a security or public-facing environment
Your ability to remain composed under pressure, communicate effectively, and show empathy will be essential to supporting our campus community.
