An established geotechnical consultancy in Aberdeen is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team. You will work closely with experienced engineers and geologists, gaining hands-on experience across both site and office-based activities, with excellent support and mentoring throughout your development.
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, your role will include:
Assisting with Phase 1 and Phase 2 ground investigations
Supporting site supervision and coordinating ground investigation activities
Logging soil and rock samples and reviewing laboratory and in-situ test data
Contributing to factual and interpretative geotechnical reports
Assisting with geohazard assessments and ground risk evaluations

Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline
Based in, or able to commute to, Aberdeen
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a desire to learn
