Office Coordinator & Receptionist - Digital Space

Location: Head Office, Newark, NG24 2AG

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday / Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Responsible to: Group Facilities Manager

Digital Space is on the hunt for an Office Coordinator & Receptionist to join our facilities team in Newark

We're looking for someone who can juggle numerous tasks with a smile, ensuring our Newark office is a well-oiled machine and a delightful place for everyone.

First Impressions:

* You'll be the friendly face greeting our visitors, making sure their experience is top-notch while keeping our site secure. Think of yourself as the welcoming committee.
* You'll also keep our reception organised and the phones answered with your excellent communication skills.

Facilities & H&S:

* You'll be responsible for keeping the office looking spick and span, from communal areas to making sure everything is running smoothly by frequent walkarounds.
* You'll coordinate paperwork, helping us keep track of expenses, raising purchase orders, and ensuring we're always compliant with H&S and ISO standards.
* Plus, you'll be helping book hotels and train tickets for Digital Space

Office Expert:

* You'll make sure all the essential services like cleaning, maintenance, mail, and even recycling are all fulfilled to high standards.
* You'll be the stockroom champion, keeping everything from stationery to first aid boxes fully stocked and ready to go.
* When an unexpected situations arise, you'll be the calm in the storm, tackling urgent issues with grace and escalating when needed.
* You'll work closely with our Group Facilities Manager to ensure our office is a health and safety haven, always compliant with the latest legislation.
