The EHCP Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering efficient services for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). Key tasks include collaborating with families, schools, and external agencies, coordinating assessments and reviews, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring plans are effectively implemented to support positive outcomes. Qualifications Strong organisational, decision-making, and time management skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Understanding of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and related statutory frameworks Proficiency in data management, reporting, and administration Ability to work effectively with families, professionals, and diverse teams Experience in education, health, or social care settings is highly desirable A commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND Please see the role profile for full details.
