We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Administrator based at Coley Clinic in Reading, working 37.5 hours/week.
You will be an experienced administrator with good organisational, communication, and time management skills.
As part of the Berkshire West Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service, you will provide comprehensive administrative/secretarial support to the delivery of Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR). The role includes managing appointments for the CR programme, liaising with patients and the CR team to ensure smooth operation, data entry onto national audits, and maintaining relevant patient information resources.
Working as a team player, you will collaborate with the Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service within the Cardiac and Respiratory Specialist Services (CARSS), including the Heart Function Service and Respiratory Service, all based at Coley Clinic. Your energy and drive will be supported by a dedicated team committed to creating a progressive, friendly, and considerate environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working as part of an integrated team providing community-based Cardiac Rehabilitation.
2. Arranging assessments of patients and enrolling them onto the Cardiac Rehabilitation programme.
3. Providing administrative support to the clinical team to ensure efficient delivery of the service.
