Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and liaise with influencers for brand promotion
* Coordinate with media outlets to disseminate advertising and maximize brand visibility across multiple platforms.
* Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze competitors’ strategies, and devise actionable marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Develop and implement targeted brand strategies through advertising, promotional materials, and retail marketing promotions to boost sales and increase consumer engagement.
* Work closely with the Business Development and Product Marketing team to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and execute tailored solutions to meet objectives for UK market.
* Assist with developing annual budgets and provided insights to optimize resource allocation for campaigns.
* Confer with department heads and key staff to discuss important topics, including advertising contracts, media selection, and product promotional strategies.
* Monitor and analyzed sales promotion results to assess the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
* Organize large-scale expos and events to create opportunities for direct consumer engagement, enhance brand presence, and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
* 4-5 years experience in FMCG/tobacco industry
* Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
