Role Overview:
As a Technical Presales Architect – AI (Copilot), you will shape how clients harness AI to transform productivity, collaboration, and decision-making. You’ll design and articulate AI-driven solutions, primarily leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
You will collaborate with sales, solution consultants, and technical teams to understand client challenges, craft solutions, and demonstrate AI integration into workflows across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. This client-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about AI innovation and translating complex tech into real-world outcomes.
Skills and Characteristics:
* AI & Microsoft Copilot expertise, including experience with Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and AI integration into business workflows.
* Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
* Experience embedding AI within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
* Ability to design scalable AI solutions integrating with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 environments, familiar with APIs and cloud integration patterns.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with sales to understand client needs and craft AI solutions.
* Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and demos.
* Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft AI technologies.
* Develop technical proposals, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams.
* Educate teams and clients on AI capabilities and strategies.
