1. Planning, coordination and monitoring of all OCdt training and examinations; the selection process; Annual Camp and all training risk assessments. 2. Produce, direct, co-ordinate and validate the unit FOE, including a one year detailed and a two-year rolling training programme. 3. Command the Unit Training Cell and be 1 RO for selected staff as directed by CO. 4. Manage the unit trg budget using CHURCHILL to forecast and track expenditure, coordinate and book training facilities and update activities. 5. Ensure governance and assurance of training. 6. Responsible for potential Officer training, alongside the unit Learning Development Wing, including preparation for Res CC. 7. Oversee accreditation of training, through the Chartered Management Institute. 8. Support the CO as required in planning and delivery of Outreach, Firm Base, Civil Engagement, UK Ops, Resilience and other tasks.
