This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining some of the towns most valued public buildings, including the Winding Wheel Theatre and 1435 (Theatre and Museum).About the roleAs the caretaker supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the caretaking service across our venues, ensuring that each building is safe, secure, and presented to the highest standard for staff, performers, and visitors.Your responsibilities will include:supervising and supporting the caretaking team across multiple sitesensuring the security and general upkeep of all buildingsoverseeing cleaning standards, minor maintenance tasks, and room setupsmonitoring building condition and reporting issues promptlyworking closely with venue management to support day-to-day operationsensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesOur venues operate seven days a week, including some Bank Holidays, so a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
