Due to continued success, they are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded individual to develop partnerships, deliver results for members, and drive growth across the East Midlands. Role & Responsibilities of the Partnership Development Executive: * Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, patrons, and sponsors, ensuring the delivery of all commitments to the highest standard. * Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across diverse sectors, acting as a key point of contact. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise value for both the organisation and its partners. * Develop tailored Account Action Plans and lead the renewal process with clear growth targets. * Oversee up to 100 high-potential members, connecting them with relevant opportunities and supporting their business ambitions. * Generate new business through proactive sales, networking, and lead generation. * Collaborate closely with marketing, policy, accounts, and media teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication. * Monitor, evaluate, and report on commercial activity, ROI, and media value. About You as the Partnership Development Executive: * Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management. * Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering revenue growth. * Confident communicator with strong presentation and proposal-writing skills. * Strategic thinker with a keen eye for commercial opportunities. * Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities. * CRM-savvy with strong organisational and analytical skills. * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — travel across the East Midlands is essential.
