We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Student Support Assistant to join our team on a Permanent contract starting from 1st September 2025 or as soon after that date as possible.
The role involves working closely with young people daily, supporting them with attendance, punctuality, behaviour, uniform, equipment, safeguarding, welfare, and their overall success in school.
You should possess strong interpersonal skills, as building relationships with students, families, and colleagues is central to our excellent pastoral care and a key strength of our school community. We care about every student and their family.
You will join a dedicated pastoral team, which includes an Assistant Headteacher for each Key Stage, a Key Stage Lead, Heads of Year, a designated Student Support Assistant for each year group, and tutors. Additionally, a separate safeguarding and inclusion team works closely with pastoral leaders. Our goal is to support each student through a successful and supported school journey.
