A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-quality, complex property litigation matters within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced environment.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes for an impressive portfolio of commercial clients. Work will include:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Development and land-related disputes
* Property-related insolvency issues
* Boundary and rights of way matters
* Lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes
* Advising institutional investors, developers, landlords, occupiers, and public sector clients
You will be encouraged to take early responsibility, manage your own caseload, and work directly with partners on strategic, high-value matters.
About You
* 2+ years’ PQE in real estate litigation (strong candidates slightly outside this range will also be considered)
* Solid technical knowledge and good experience handling commercial property disputes
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collegiate team
* Commercial awareness and an interest in building client relationships
