I’m working with a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm based near Shifnal who are looking to appoint a Financial Administrator to join their established client services team.
This is an office-based role supporting the wider administration and sales team, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service. You’ll gain real exposure to the financial planning process, working closely with advisers and paraplanners across a wide range of client work.

Key responsibilities
* Providing administrative and technical support to the practice
* Preparing and maintaining accurate client files and documentation
* Pre- and post-meeting client work and CRM updates
* Processing new business applications and progressing cases with providers
* Liaising with clients, advisers and third parties
* Handling incoming calls and providing a professional client service
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Producing client letters, reports and supporting documentation
* Running reports, illustrations and supporting case progression
Qualifications
* Previous office or administration experience (financial services desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Confident communicator with strong client service ability
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM systems is beneficial
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
